KalNorth Gold Mines Limited is an ASX-listed (ASX: KGM) gold exploration company based in Perth, Western Australia.
The Company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in January 2005 as Carrick Gold Limited (ASX: CRK). In October 2012, the Company changed its name to KalNorth Gold Mines Limited (ASX: KGM). The new name reflects both the Company's focus and the geographic location of the flagship KalNorth Gold Field.

KalNorth recently transitioned to gold miner status in January 2013 when first production commenced at the Lindsay's field. However, a rapidly deteriorating gold price throughout the early part of 2013 resulted in several adjustments to the mine plans and the subsequent ceasing of mining activities at Lindsay's in August 2013.
KalNorth is now evaluating all its current and future options with the aim of extracting the maximum value of its assets for the benefit of all shareholders.
KalNorth's vision is to deliver exceptional shareholder returns through the discovery, delineation and development of mineable resources.
